LCAM Resources can complete an insurance appraisal or reserve study for engagements of any size.  We have extensive appraisal experience with all types of properties including high-rise towers, mid-rise apartments, garden apartments, townhomes and villas, as well as golf clubs, yacht clubs, and racquet clubs.  Many of our clients include condominium associations and homeowner associations throughout Florida. 

LCAM Resources is a Business Partner Member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), a national organization committed to providing education and resources to community associations and the companies who serve them.

Our professional staff is Florida State-Certified to perform real estate appraisal work, under Federal regulations mandated by the Appraisal Foundation in Washington, D.C.  This certification and licensure is only issued to those individuals who have demonstrated high standards of competency, knowledge, and experience in the appraisal field.  State-Certified appraisers are held to the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct and must comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
